We charge 10% per ticket sold, with a maximum cap of KES 500 per ticket. This means for tickets priced at KES 5,000 or more, the commission stays at KES 500 per ticket.

When do I receive my money?

We process payouts 3 business days after your event ends. You can choose to receive funds via M-Pesa or bank transfer. For large events, we offer advance payments upon request.

What happens if my event is rejected?

If your event doesn't meet our guidelines, we'll provide specific feedback and suggestions for resubmission. Most events are approved within 24 hours.

Can I issue refunds to attendees?

Yes, you can issue full or partial refunds through your dashboard. Refunds will be processed back to the attendee's original payment method within 5-7 business days.
